Arrival – 3.00 pm onwards
Departure – 10.00 am sharp
Early arrivals or late departures must be agreed in advance with the management.
Linen & Towels
Island Winds’ self-catering provides bed linen & towels free of charge.
By special arrangement the Management will consider pets. In such circumstances the owner must provide their own bedding for the pet.
Island Winds’ 1st floor has been made wheelchair friendly (sitting room, kitchen / dinning, bedroom with en-suite wet room.
Island Winds accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen articles from the property.
Items found will be kept for a period of 6 weeks and if not claimed within that period the items will be disposed of.
Items claimed from lost property must be recovered by way of forwarding a prepaid stamped addressed envelope or cheque to cover post and packaging charges.
Utility charges oil& electric (meter read upon arrival and departure) payable prior to departure.
Cot & Highchair
Cot and high chair are available at no extra charge.
One set of keys is provided for Island Winds’ self catering (one for main door, one for rear door & garage door); these must be returned on departure.
Damages & Breakages
Damage deposit required upon arrival €50, refundable after property inspection and upon departure.
The property and its contents must be maintained clean and tidy. On final inspection, if the property is returned in an unsatisfactory condition, any additional charge for cleaning may be incurred.
Any damages to the property will be deducted from the security deposit. In the event the damage exceeds the holding deposit sum, the management will hold responsible the persons who booked the property and take whatever steps necessary to recover compensation for damage or misuse.
Payment & Cancellation
Acceptance and confirmation of your booking is subject to the following conditions
A non-refundable deposit of 30 % is required to secure bookings of Island Winds.
Please note the initial booking deposit is non refundable
Less than 6 weeks: 100 % of total rental will be forfeited
Bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival date and special offers must be paid for in full at time of booking
Other methods of payments can be arranged by contacting the property owners.
It is strongly recommended that clients take out holiday insurance to cover the possibility of cancellation charges.
